The lobby with the atrium and water features were just beautiful. The free evening happy hour with drinks and snacks were enjoyable. The free breakfast was absolutely wonderful and delicious. Beds in the rooms were comfortable as were the fluffy pillows. We had ten family members in three rooms and no one felt cramped or crowded in. It was clean and quiet.

I stayed there with my family. Close to the Airport, free shuttle to the hotel.Very friendly employees. Best service. we loved the Breakfast.Plenty of food. We had couple of friends with us with small children.They were running around all the time and loved going up and down in the elivator. very good service. Our dresser drawers were not functioning right and the toilet got blocked at three in the morning. We called the service and in couple of minutes they came and fixed the problem. We had pleasent stay.

This is our second time staying here. It is VERY close (5-10 min) from PDX, and very nice. The employees are polite and eager to serve, including providing the phone number for a nearby PizzaHut and delivers straight to your room! The Suite is 2 separate rooms with a door between for privacy. Small table for 4, mini-frig, microwave and couch bed in front room. Our bedroom had a king, but 2 doubles are available. Great breakfast. Super workout room. Nice pool, but cold! Will come back definitly!

I stay at a lot of Embassy Suites around the country. This one is new, clean and well run. The full breakfast buffet plus omelets is excellent. Seating is roomy and the staff are very pleasant. Will go there again!

THE STAFF WAS THE BEST. THE INTERIOR IS BEAUTIFUL. ROOMS VERY COMFY AND ACCOMODATING AND GREAT BREAKFAST!!

The staff at the ES went above and beyond the call of duty. Each staff member we encountered was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The shuttle drivers not only helped plan our adventure by suggesting ipoints of intrest, but they also got us to and from our day exploring downtown!
