Traveled with my 11 year old son. He loved the swimming pool and it was an easy drive to the beach.

I liked the breakfast and I liked the swimming pool and spa.

The service was great. Staff was very friendly. The pool area was very nice. Breakfast was nice because there are many options to choose from and plenty of space to eat comfortably. Close to shops and pier, but not to beaches or parks. The room needs updating.

Pool and breakfast were awesome, great kitchenette.

Room was very outdated and smelled bad, even for a smoking room, which was all that was available.

Best Western Holiday Motel is situated in downtown and is conveniently adjacent to Highway 101. Leisure travelers will find this hotel to be a fine starting point in relation to natural attractions, museums and historic sites as well as a variety of dining opportunities. Outdoor enthusiasts will love walking along the Bay and admire Cape Arago Lighthouse. However breakfast shouldnt be a concern as a free continental breakfast is served daily. Nearby sporting opportunities include golfing, hiking, biking, whale watching and fishing. Business travelers who like to work in open spaces will appreciate being able to comfortably access the internet wirelessly from any public area. The 24-hour front desk enabled late night express check-out and watches over the safe-deposit-box available.

The hotel exhibits a rather simple yet contemporary décor throughout that is topped off with fine appointments. The staff working at this hotel is very friendly and is more than willing to give a lending hand. Thanks to them the property is maintained very clean and tidy all throughout. Besides that accommodations are kept clean and maintain a fairly clean cut atmosphere. Beds and an almost silent air conditioning and heating unit are also sure to accommodate even the pickiest sleepers. The pool area is pleasant. Several stores and restaurants can be found in the surrounding area.
