Good affordable hotel - not fancy but clean and it has a restaurant across the parking lot plus a couple of fast food places close.

My wife had just hurt her knee so they made the effort to get us close to our room so she wouldn't have to go upstairs.

Ice machine was a little noisy.

Very convenient access right off I-5, with gas station and restaurants in immediate vicinity. Property adjacent to I-5, but interstate noise not a problem. Workout room, indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast included. Ample parking.

It was everything I expected of a Marriott with the exception of the staff. We asked for a restaurant recommendation for dinner and they acted like it was an very unusual request, and were unable to assist us. We were charged for a pay-per-view we did not order and it was extremely difficult to resolve. The staff member actually inferred that I was lying. The staff had great difficulties correcting the issue also.

It was clean, comfortable and convenient.

The staff didn't seem too bright. They were the weak link.

This is a reasonably priced no-frills hotel with spacious, squeaky clean rooms and a cheerful crew of employees determined that everyone should have an enjoyable stay. That sums up what several guests said after staying at this Fairfield Inn. The property has easy access to Interstate 5 and provides a good complimentary breakfast. Most guests say they will stay at this inn on future visits to the Medford area and have no hesitation in recommending the property to fellow travelers.
