My only real complaint comes from a billing error. The hotel mistakenly charged my credit card (given to them for incidentals) for the stay.

Most visitors to Bend who stayed at this Holiday Inn Express were delighted with their selection of this hotel and said they would stay here again on future visits to central Oregon. Pet-lovers said the additional $10 nightly fee for bringing the family pooch was reasonable. There were good comments about the cheerful team of employees who had helpful hints about the area and knew the best places to shop and dine. The rates were reasonable and the breakfast buffet made a great start to an Oregon morning.
