The rooms were very comfortable and refreshing, the construction around the hotel created a very difficult time getting around. We were not expecting to have to pay extra for parking. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

I liked the hotel, clean and a good value. Beds were comfortable, and the chair and desk were functional and comfortable. Internet worked with no problems. There was a power strip on the side of the desk I found very convenient for lasptop/cellphone chargers. Remodeling was taking place and I thought the staff did a good job of re routing people around it. Overall a very good experience.

Wireless internet worked great, comfortable beds and chairs.

Had to pay for parking.

The hotel rooms are done well. Beds are very comfortable and room was extremely quiet. However, the lobby of the hotel is still under construction and it was very confusing as to where to check-in on the second level. Bell hops didn't assist with luggage because we chose self-park. Information given by phone and when we checked in conflicted. We were told they're having problems with this.

The room was decorated very well.

The pet-friendly Crowne Plaza Tulsa is eight miles from Tulsa International Airport and comprises 453 guestrooms designed for the upmarket business and leisure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this 12-story hotel are an airport shuttle, in-room coffee and a morning newspaper. There are 20 meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 1,400 guests. The hotel is in the center of Tulsa's downtown business district close to the BOK Center Arena, Tulsa Convention Center and the Tulsa Performing Arts Center. Does HotelsByCity recommend this hotel?

This is a wonderful hotel in many ways but several guests were not entirely happy with their stay. Those who got bargain rates said the rooms they got were small, as were the bathrooms. And there were some minor moans about poor housekeeping. But the majority of guests were impressed with the friendly service they received from the professional team of employees and said this would be their hotel of choice on future visits to Tulsa. Words of warning from those who have stayed here: If you get a confirming e-mail saying that Internet service is included with the price you are paying, be sure and take it with you and insist you get what you were promised.
