The three-story, non-smoking property offers rooms with either one king-size bed or two queen-size beds. Items included in the room rate are a breakfast buffet, or grab-and-go breakfast bag, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The inn has one 500 square-foot meeting room for business or social functions. The property is located across from the Woodland Hills Mall and within walking distance of the Oral Roberts University. Nearby attractions include the Oklahoma Aquarium, Cherokee Casino, Bass Pro Shop, Gilcrease and Philbrook Museums and the Tulsa Fairgrounds. Southern Hills Country Club and Golf Course is five miles from the hotel.

Frequent visitors to Tulsa say this inn offers excellent value for money. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the employees are friendly and efficient. Several former guests said the breakfast is better and bigger than the normal Fairfield buffet. Shoppers enjoyed the close proximity to the Woodland Hills Mall and businessmen were close to many corporate offices. All the rooms, and eight suites, have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, IDD telephone with voicemail, coffee and tea making facilities, cable television with news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, VCR player, pullout sofa bed, iron and ironing board, alarm clock and a hairdryer.

From Tulsa Airport (TUL) 12 miles: Head south on Hwy 11 to I-244 E., 1/2 mile to Hwy 169 South. Then south 11 miles to 71st Street. Exit West, continue west on 71st Street 3/4 mile to 96th stop light. Fairfield Inn is on the south side of the road behind Logan's and Outback Steakhouse.
