This hotel is beautiful from the lobby to the restaurant to the guest rooms. Staff was friendly but poorly trained. The service in the restaurant was slow. It took about 20 minutes to check in because the front desk person was poorly trained. One day, the maid did not show up to clean my room until after 5 pm and I had already returned from the day's business. The towel rack in the guest rooms needs to be relocated as it is at the opposite side from the shower and requires you to walk across the slippery wet floor to get a towel after showering. I would give the accommodations an A- and the service a C.

This is a great hotel for business travel. This hotel makes the Sheraton in downtown seem like a ghetto by comparison.
