Best place in OKC!!!! - posted on 04/17/2007

This place was wonderful!! My family stayed here for 3 nights and we also hung around our room a lot. Not only were the rooms clean and well kept, but the service was incredible! We went to the pool, the fitness room, and the hot tub. We couldn't use the outdoor stuff because it was raining. We couldn't find the putting green. We also ate in the Brandywine for breakfast, and the buffet was HUGE!!!!! There was some constrution around the hotel and on our exit from the interstate, but we still got in okay.

2 Star at Best - posted on 03/13/2007

I don't usually complain about cheap hotels, but this one was unacceptable. We were placed at the very back section of the hotel. Bad lighting in parking lot and hallways. There was a destroyed sofa in the hallway that you had to walk around to get to the rooms. Rooms were stinky. Didn't have blowdryer as advertised. I got the last towel in the bathroom, which must have been in the bathroom for months because the bottom of it was covered with MOLD. My 8 year old found an empty beer bottle under the bed - nice touch.

GETAWAY TO OKC - posted on 03/06/2007

I love to feel like I'm like family. At the Hotel Guest Services addresses any concerns with polite attentiveness. Rooms are a breeze if you call ahead to the 800 number. With 4-5 pools everyone has a chance to do laps (1 indoors). Hot Tub (1 only) - could use 2. Wading pool for kids - pet friendly with outdoor runs and a play area away from the rooms for larger Horses etc. What a fun environment. and how can they keep the hotel so pretty year after year.

Loved the Biltmore - posted on 03/01/2007

The only thing I found that took away from our stay at the Biltmore was the lack of wash cloths. We spent two nights and had no wash cloths the whole time. We were told they were in the wash. I would think maybe more needed to be purchased as the hotel was quite busy that weekend. The restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced. Great experience overall and will stay again.

a bit overrated - posted on 02/16/2007

Check in slow...small town approach. Lobby isn't as charming as photo. Heater ran noisily (woke me up often), bedding old and holey, cheap bed, shower ran hot and cold (other plumbing issues which they worked on during my 2 night stay). Restaurant staff was so attentive and nice....but the food... steamed vegetables were mush, drained of color and cold (must of been from the day before), the grilled chicken breast was tiny, tough and tasteless. Breakfast was OK tho. No elevator to take heavy luggage up the stairs to second floor. Reasonable rate...but.................

Never again - posted on 01/05/2007

Where this hotel got a 4 star rating I will NEVER know. Beds were terrible, lights from the indoor pool area came through the drapes all night. Noise level was bad. Only good thing was plenty of hot water!

glad I took a chance - posted on 01/04/2007

I had read many reviews on other sites about this hotel that were not too favorable. I chose this hotel for the price $* per night and it was dog friendlt. I am so glad I did! The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly, and the food in Brandywine room was wonderful. We stayed over Christmas for 6 days. The 1st room we had we didn't care for the view and were quiuckly moved the next day to a room by the pool. We had a great stay and would go back.

WHAT A GREAT HOTEL. CHECK IN IS GREAT , VERY HELPFUL STAFF, FAST AND EASY. AND THE LOBBY WAS A BEAUTIFUL. THE ROOMS ARE COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS. GREAT POOL. VERY, VERY CLEAN. LOCATED CLOSE TO EVERYTHING FOR A PERFECT RATING OF 100% FOR THIS HOTEL. PERSONAL, BUSINESS, WITH OR WITHOUT KIDS, YOUR BEST CHOICE. AND THE RESTURANT IN THE LOBBY HAS AWESOME FOOD.

Service - posted on 04/29/2004

The service at this hotel left much to be desired. I waited in line to check in for 30 minutes and to check out for over an hour. When I finally got my turn, the staff person I delt with was rude. Many people were complaining that they had garanteed rooms that had been given away.
