Nice hotel, very clean hotel staff was very helpful in finding location to sight see , very quite got a lot of rest, and I will tell others .

Hotel was nice. Our TV didn't work first day and half of 2nd day. They did not. Rented a game on TV that froze after first game. Called front desk and they said they would not charge us for the game. We were still charged.

The free breakfast was nice, and room size was good.

Staff did not keep their word.

The hotel has an impressive six-story atrium and operates a complimentary airport shuttle. Other items included with the room rate are a cooked to order breakfast, a two-hour managers reception with drinks and snacks every evening, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and parking. The hotel is six miles from downtown Oklahoma City and has meeting space for handling conventions and events for up to 200 people. Visitors to Oklahoma City were very impressed with their stay at this Embassy Suites. The suites were spacious, clean and comfortable and the employees proved to be very friendly and efficient. Those wanting to get to downtown said the trolley stop at the side of the hotel made the journey easy. Most guests say they will return to this hotel on future visits to the area and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
