The hotel was in a great location. The lobby was very welcoming and clean. The room was huge. The kitchen had all the amenities that one would need. However the air condition did not work and it was extremely hot, even in Cleveland during summer.

Location, and the room was awesome.

Lobby was undergoing refurbishing which caused a lot of confusion trying to find out where to check in. Room was clean.

Room was nice and liked having the kitchenette.

Poor quality of continental breakfast.

Travelers to Westlake say this is great place to stay with its spacious new lobby and breakfast room and clean and comfortable rooms. The employees here are polite, prompt and pleasant. There some minor complaints that the Internet access at night was v e r y s l o w. Despite this most clients say they will here again and recommend the property to others.
