They have an excellent full service breakfast at a reasonable price. The rooms have real coffee cups and glasses and there is a high speed internet connection. There is also a computer for guest use in the lounge.

Room price and quality is excellent.

No local paper available during work week.

I had very little expectation of the hotel but was very surprised. A nice clean room, excellent location, great staff. The pool and hot tub were a welcome bonus I didn't expect.

Great customer service.

Changed room because first one was smoky.

Only had king size beds left so one of us had to sleep on the pull out which was not very good.

I would definitely recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Westlake. Online reviewers had plenty of good things to say about this location. Guests thought they received an excellent value for their dollar and were extremely happy with the level of hospitality and service given by the staff. Guests felt welcome and cared for. Guests also enjoyed the fact that they were so close to the local attractions and were glad to have so many dining options in such a close proximity. Guests also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and free internet. One guest was annoyed that they didn't have the Disney channel.
