Room was dirty! Trash was full outside and on sidewalks. Walls were water-damaged. Awful for the price. Never will stay again.

When we attend the Hamvention, we stay at this hotel. Over the last few years, the rooms have gone downhill. I noticed the floor around the sink was wet and asked for another room. Rooms are dark and dank. A lot of broken glass and beer cans on property. We are not staying here in next year.

Had a early flight out of Dayton Airport, Staff was great and very helpful to my needs, shuttle service provided to us was great, they dropped us right at the car, no dragging the bags through a parking lot, nice stay will do this again

The hotel is very old and seems to be primarily used as an airport parking lot. All the rooms are very dirty and in need of major repairs and updating. In fact, we noticed that many rooms were marked as condemned. I would never, ever stay in this hotel ever again.

We were sent to rooms that had not been heated, in below freezing weather. When we asked to be switched, they switched us to warm rooms but the coffee pot and bathroom had not been cleaned. We won't be staying there again.

I paid online for the hotel beforehand, then after I had arrived at my destination the hotel kept calling me saying I had never paid. It took a lot of work and frustration to get the whole thing ironed out. However, the facilities were clean and spacious.
