Water temperature of the shower was inconsistent varying from very hot to very cold during the shower when no control knobs had been touched. Cold air return grates were filthy. It appears that the staff does a decent job of cleaning the main areas of the room but neglects the details (i.e. clogged sink drain, dirty grates, blown light bulbs.) Also, the wireless internet connection did not work. The quality of the restaurant food was poor. Would recommend the hotel overall, but would advise people not to dine in the restaurant.

The hotel was clean and staff was professional. The only issue we had was with the shower. The temperature would not maintain a constant temperature, it would continue to fluctuate between hot and cold making taking a shower very unpleasant.
Clean with lots of activities within the premise.

The property is clean and well maintained. Guests enter the lobby which is beautifully decorated. Accommodations are clean and have fine facilities, including great beds and a wide selection of TV channels. Beds are comfortable and will please the pickiest sleepers. However, some guests have noticed that bathrooms need some updating. The pool area is nice and spacious. The hotel includes a restaurant which serves all meals of the day and provides a play area for kids. Staff members at the front desk are very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.
