Radisson Hotel Cleveland Airport in North Olmsted Ohio

Our room was nothing like the picture online. We chose this hotel because the picture shows nice, clean, cushy comforters on the beds, but the beds had the usual hotel bedspreads. The room had a strange odor, but appeared to be clean. The sofa was very worn and the window was cloudy/fogged over, but it was nice to have a window that opened (no screen though). Beds are small (double beds), so you better like the person you're sleeping next to.

This hotel is not big but it was big in service and room size. My room was so big I thought I had been upgraded but was told these are their standard rooms. The Sleep Number bed gave me the best nights sleep I have ever had! The shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient and the drivers very knowledgeable about the area. I will return to this hotel!

I was lured in by the high speed internet. The bathroom wasn't really cleaned, with hairs in the bathtub. The people who worked here looked very discontented, with the exception of one gentleman. The fruit served with breakfast was old, yesterday's leftovers. The waitress shrugged and said. "We always do that".The jacuzzi, and the overall ambience was fairly cold. The TV resolution sucked. My view was of the dumpsters. The coffee maker was broken which posed quite a challenge for the lady who tried to help me. Will never be back.
