The 62-room Holiday Inn Express Suites North Lima is located off the Ohio Turnpike at Exit 232 and provides affordable quality accommodation for both the business traveler and vacationer. Items included with the room rate at this three-story hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room coffee and parking. There is one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 40 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include the Butler Institute of American Art, the Chevrolet Centre event facility, the Stambaugh Auditorium, the White House Fruit Farm, which grows and sells a full range of fruit and vegetables, and shopping at the nearby Southern Park Mall.

Frequent visitors to North Lima say this is certainly the best place to stay in the area. The rates here are higher than some of the less desirable nearby properties but the money is well spent. The rooms here are spotlessly clean and comfortable and the cheerful crew of employees has lots of helpful hints about neighborhood shopping and restaurants. The property is easy to find right off the Ohio turnpike and first-time visitors say they stay here again and they have no problem recommending the property to others.
