Overall, the stay was great. However, first, our AC did not work but maintenance fixed that. The buffet would have been great had I got to enjoy it. They were not able to keep up with the amount of people that were there and there was not enough space to sit and enjoy. But, I would definitely stay again.

The rooms were very spacious.

The suites at this three-story, non-smoking hotel have separate living and sleeping areas and fully equipped kitchens. Former clients at the Residence Inn liked the location, within walking distance of restaurants, reasonable rates and well equipped, spacious suites. The happy team of employees was praised for being efficient and friendly. Those who complained about the carpets looking a little shabby will be pleased to know that they have been replaced and so has the furniture. Most guests said they would recommend this property to others and will stay there themselves on future visits to Mentor.
