I liked this hotel because it was immaculate and comfortable. The staff looked professional and was friendly and helpful.

Very clean facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Small but comfortable size.

The furniture and color of the room decor was unattractive.

This Comfort Suites offers good value and is well located, just a short drive from downtown Columbus. That is the opinion of several travelers who have stayed at this Hilliard hotel. It may not be the swankiest Comfort Suites but the team of employees here were both friendly and efficient and many guests were impressed by the complimentary continental breakfast which had a good assortment of fresh fruit.
