The shuttle was waiting for me at the airport and we only had a five minute drive to the hotel. Hotel was in excellent condition. Room was very clean.

Try painting the walls and doors outside the rooms. Maybe sweep up the hair in the bathroom corners.

The first room had a bare mattress no linens, the second did not have a key that worked despite 5 tries. Room was not clean, soap bars left from previous occupant.

BEDS ARE HARD,RESTAURANT IS A BAR WITH VERY LOUD MUSIC. MY BOYFRIEND RECIEVED AND ATE HIS FOOD BEFORE I EVEN RECIEVED MINE. WENT TO THE HOUSEKEEPER ASKED FOR A NEW TRASH BAG AND BOX OF TISSUE AND SHE TOLD ME TO THROW MY OWN TRASH AWAY. AROUND 8AM BREAKFAST LADY WALKED INTO OUR ROOM WITHOUT WARNING.HOUSEKEEPING DIDN'T EVEN BEGIN TILL 9AM. SO WHAT WAS SHE DOING? MANAGER SAID HE WOULD TALK TO HER AND DID NOTHING MORE THEN OFFER MY BOYFRIEND AND I A RIDE TO THE MALL!! WHEN WE CALLED FOR A RIDE BACK TO THE HOTEL IT TOOK THEM 2 HOURS TO PICK US UP 5 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD.

The stay was amazing. Was there for 3 days/ 2 nights and enjoyed it so much. Room was cleaned daily and it was quiet. The staff was friendly as. The queen room that I reserved wasn't ready and they gave me a king @ no extra charge. Would stay again in a minute.

the Staff at the hotel wanted to do what ever they could to make my stay the best. They were all very friendly and kind. The room was a non smoking, but I could still smell smoke. that was the only disapointing thing about this Motel. It is an older Motel but very clean.

I arranged for 3 days and cancelled the last two days after my arrival. What a BIG disappointment! Stinky stairwells, stained carpeted areas, not well lit areas - scary at night.

We stay at ramada all the time we never seen aservice great like that ,,the room is very clean smell good,we engoy are continental brekfeast and H.B.O,Greatlocation you can do all the shopping with the free shuttle. we will deffinatly stay here again with the good staff.

WE FROM CANDA WE WAS INTERRUPTED AT THA AIRPORT,THAN I CALL THE HOTEL AND I TELL THE DESK CLARK TODAY IS MY FIANCE IS BIRTH DAY THEY GIVE ME GOOD RATE,HE SAID WE WILL DO THOMSING FOR HIM,IT WAS VERY NICE SURPRAIC HE GIVE US POTTLE WINE,HE WAS VERY NICEAND MAKE US FELL THAT WE HOME.

we stayed for five days and the staff was exceptional.the room was clean .the hotel had good ammenty iused the fitness room ,pool ,business center,free shutell .we really made me feel at my home

We stayed at Ramada for a week. Me and my wife really like the customer service and location. We were picked up from Cleveland Hopkins Airport very quickly late in the night. Room we were given was very clean and brand new. It smelled fresh!!! There is also a bar'n'grill on the property! It's really GOOD! We enjoed food and music. Oh, and they also have POOL!

I am frustrated about the room assigned. The room is adjacent to bar. Until 2 am, the noice from the bar is noisy.

Hotel fornt told me to stay in the room to adjacement to the bar. Until 2:00 am, it was noisiy so that I was not able to sleep at all even though I flew to Cleaveloand all the way from another country. I would not recommend to international people any more.

We chose the hotel based on location, cost and star rating only to be disappointed. We had reserved a king size bed and when we check in, the clerk shrug his shoulders and told us he only had a queen. The stay was down hill from there. No turn down service (we stayed for 3 days) and check out wass handled so poorly that I doubt the clerk at the desk even knew what he was doing there at all. I definately would not stay there again.

I stayed here the night before flying to Punta Cana out of Cleveland. I chose the hotel b/c the price was right, location, and I thought it offered free parking while I was away. Not the case. Shuttle was free, but they charge $5 a night to leave a car at the hotel.

we stayed @ the Ramada Airport West . we book it @ the same time that we purchased our plane ticket. we thought we would get a quality hotel but to our dismay it was a MOTEL. the receptionist was courtious.

After booking, this inn was changed to a Ramada, so it was very hard to find, because we were looking for a Knights Inn sign. Somehow, they had us booked for two rooms, and we told them that we only needed one room. Still, on our credit card, there were two charges for the same night. We found the inn adequate but rather shabby. The beds were fair. The room was quite clean. The shuttle service was very good.

Excellent, polite service; offered shuttle service to airport. Closely located to airport & easy to find. Rooms were very clean & spacious. Free breakfast was wonderful: fresh fruit, waffle maker, lots of cereals, breads/pastries, beverages. Closely located to area businesses & restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel & would stay again.

I stayed for three days and the staff was exceptional. The hotel had every ammenty. I used the high speed internet, fitness room, lounge and business center. They dropped me off at NASA everyday. They really made me feel at home.

Stayed here only because it was very cheap and close to the airport. The towels werent the softest... the linens werent the nicest. But what do you want for less than $X a night?? The front desk clerk was friendly. Only real complaint that I would have is the bar at the hotel attracted a "biker" crowd in the evening. Not something that I would think families would want to be around. But if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep and then get out and do what you need to do, then this is the place for you.

this was the worst place I have ever stayed. There was an actual hole 3 inch in diameter in the bed and the room was dirty spider web in shower rude desk clerk.

The room we stayed in was FILTHY. There were black hand prints in the shower and mildew inside and outside of the shower. There was one functining lamp in the room. The walls were dirty. It was a cheap room, but not worth the stay.

The room was okay, but the shower curtain had mold spots on it and could use a good washing once a month or so. We still don't use blankets in any hotel room unless it was written in large letters that they are washed daily. . .otherwise, it was an okay room with friendly staff.
