The 399-room, pet friendly Marriott Dayton provides luxury accommodation at an affordable price for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The six-story, non-smoking hotel is located in the suburbs but is only minutes from the downtown attractions and major corporate and government facilities. The property has 120 concierge level rooms with added amenities. There are 16 meeting rooms available for social or business functions. The largest, the Grand Ballroom, can accommodate 800 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include five golf courses, the Dayton Convention Center, Hara Arena, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, the University of Dayton, Dayton Mall, Wright State and Nutter Center and the River Corridor Bikeway. Starbucks coffee is available in the hotel’s gift shop.

From Dayton Airport (DAY) 6 miles: Take I-70 East one mile to I-75 South. Take I-75 South to Route 35 East. Take Ludlow/Perry St Exit (the first Exit) to Ludlow Street. Proceed to first stoplight, bear right onto Patterson Boulevard. Proceed to River Park Drive and turn left. Hotel is on the right.
