Great Hotel with cleanest rooms and Great Staff - posted on 05/09/2007

We had a very pleasant stay, will stay there again whenever we go to that area. Everything from staff to room to continental breakfast was great, I will recommend it to anybody

Atleast it was inexpensive. - posted on 06/14/2006

This place didn't have easy access from the expressway, check-in was VERY slow going, some lamps didn't work, not the cleanest room. Cost us $*, so I guess we got what we paid for.

LOW BUDGET - posted on 06/01/2006

The staff were very nice but the establishment was well below my LOW expectations. OLD NASTY LINEN and HARD TOWELS. No Cont Breckie and old abandoned building all around the hotel. Not a secure site for family travel. Was not notified pool out of service.

Could have been better. - posted on 05/31/2006

Although it was Memorial Day weekend, the pool had not been filled. Many patrons were complaining that their A/C did not work. There was no juice with the continental breakfast. Good thing was that parking was free and there were lots of restaurants nearby.

Good, but position on Map misleading. - posted on 05/21/2006

Interesting location. Went well, except findind the hotel! All maps of Dayton show Exit 60 on I-75, do not be fooled, it no longer exists, it is a phantom exit. You need to Exit at number 59, turn and head north on either Miller Lane (dead ends on Little York) or Poe Ave continuing past Little York. The hotel looks more like an office complex than a hotel. Pros: Quiet, Ample parking, Jacuzi bathtub in most rooms, Outlets for electronic devices Cons: Phantom exit, poor map, Continental breakfast lacking selection

Great Value! - posted on 01/23/2006

I stayed here for four nights during a very busy convention week in Dayton. My room was always clean and the staff was friendly and accomodating. The neighborhood was quiet with many restaurants right around the corner. I will stay here again next year. Great value!

below standards - posted on 12/19/2005

I believe it is standard to have clean sheets when checking into a room, however there were numerous hairs between the sheets when I arrived. The cleaning staff had left so I had to change the sheets myself.

OK stay - posted on 07/22/2005

Hotel was ok. The surrounding area is run down and deserted. Not a nice area.

We really appreciated the fact you take animals and were so friendly and helpful. And so clean!
