Hotel staff very friendly and courteous. Rooms were very clean and elevator made going to the 4th floor easy.

Frequent visitors to Columbus rate this as the friendliest hotel in the city. The cheerful crew of employees is always available to help newcomers to town find their way around and located the best places to shop and dine. The rooms are affordable, nicely equipped and squeaky clean. There were some minor moans that the hotel was not in the best of neighborhoods. Despite this many clients said they would use this hotel again and had no hesitation in recommending the property to fellow travelers.
