The rooms in this property were very small and crowded. The TV entertainment center doors could not be opend all the way because of a lamp on the table that could not be moved because it is screwed down to the table. The room had no Kleenex available, and the walls are very thin. The lobby, restaurant and lounge were very nice, but I woud not recommend this hotel at the prices being charged, or for any extended period of time.

Airline comped me for 1 night, restaurant good (ate there before 1 time while staying at Hilton Gardens too, rooms small, TV in bathroom, shuttle reliable, clean room

Hotel (cheap motel) has not been updated since the early 1970s. Lamps screwed down to the desks. Worst hotel I have stayed at in 10 years.

The hotel was beautiful, it didn't take long for the shuttle to pick me up...The restaurant had fabulous food at a very reasonable price...Would recommend to anyone

The front desk clerks were very rude, the pool was dirty, the room was dirty, ice machines were unplugged no resteraunt or bar, way overpriced for what it is

This hotel quoted a price, gave me a confirmation number then increased the price $25.00 when I arrived. There are no elevators to the second floor, the front desk staff is terrible, the rooms third rate at best. Save yourself the nightmare and go to another hotel.

I want to thank the Concourse Hotel and dining staff for their welcoming hospitality. We recently selected your facility through the internet for a one night stay as our flight was arriving in Ohio rather late and our relatives resided two hours away from the airport. As it was, we ended up staying three nights as our return flight was suspended due to visiting Hurricane Wilma. We couldn't have been more pleased with the welcoming reception as well as the much needed shuttle service. Hats off to a great job.
