We stayed here before a flight out of Columbus. The airport offers free airport parking for 5 days and only charges $5 for each additional day. They have a shuttle which was very quick and always available. The rooms was very clean and newly updated. The breakfast included sausage, scrambled eggs, and waffles.

My son and I stayed here while visiting family/friends. First room we occupied had a very sour smell. Switched rooms following day with no problem. All staff very helpful. Nice breakfast. More attention needed to housekeeping, such as trash under beds. Maintenance, such as uncaulked bathroom sink and burned-out bulbs, could also use improvement.

Poorest customer service I have ever received at a hotel. Room was a smoking room even though I had reserved 5 months prior and requested non-smoking. Carpeting was damp and smelled moldy. Staff needs training on customer service
