The hotel was too expensive for the quality. There was dried blood on the bathroom counter and floor of our room. The hotel appeared to not have been through a thorough cleaning in some time. I would never go back and am concerned of the quality of the Ramada Inn chain. The next two evenings I stayed in a discount hotel and which was much nicer.

stay was very very pleasent friendly prompt front desk,, the bar and the rstrnt just opened up this month they said, food was delicious, easy to airport only about a mile away!

Almost didn't stay here after reading recent reviews but found it much better than expected. Got in late and left early but everything was perfectly fine.

The ramada seemed to have undergone a major renovation... the walls in the rooms, hallways, smelled of fresh new paint, the furniture was all brand new. We slept on brandnew linen apparently, brand new matresses. I was very pleased with the over all stay and guest service representatives. The free full breakfast in the morning was superb

Hotel needs to check plumbing/fixture conditions more frequently. Had to change rooms. Also, bathrooms are too small. A lot of local T.V. channels were not accessible (not meaning HBO or R-rated).

This hotel apparently underwent a big renovation, and it showed! very large clean rooms, the staff was curteous and helpful. The aiport shuttle was free and was a blessing, made two trips for our group. Very convenient to aiport.,.. only a two or three minute drive. Loved the stay

This Aiport hotel was truly amazing, staff was very professional, rooms were all brand new, large rooms, the full hot breakfast was good and best part about it, Free!! The shuttle was always ontime, just half a mile from the airport, We will definitely stay here again

This hotel was over priced, poorly maintained, and unsanitary. The security entrance was propped open as the card reader was non functional, mgmt unaware, there was blood stains on the bedding, never stay there again.

Breakfast advertised as lasting until 10:00; not much was left at 9:30 and staff said they weren't bringing out any more scrambled eggs as they were "closing in 10 minutes"; bathroom barely large enough to turn around in; room stayed warm all night even though a/c ran all night; no one answered the phone at the front desk when we called before arrival to ask directions.

Wake-up call was 35 minutes late. Business center was unavailable. Staff was not helpful. Shuttle was unable to pick us up on return....told us to take a cab.

Since it was very heavy rain the entire week end, it was disappointing to not have the Dining Room open. I also went to the fitness Room, and discovered that no one was available to assist me. Information on shuttle availability to go sightseeing within a five mile radius was incorrect. So we could not even go to the places we had wanted to visit.

Got picked up by the hotel shuttle at midnight, short drive to the hotel, very nice room. Appears to be new or recently renovated. Good beds, clean room, convenient to airport.

not courteous desk person at time of trying to get checked in. they advertize a lounge but have not had one in over 5 years.

The breakfast in the morning is great!!! The staff is very friendly. Only one complaint is the entryways, sometimes the keys don't work on the outside doors. Possibly because of the cold. Overall an excellent hotel for value consicence travellers

Remote control did not match the TV; contacted the front desk with a response to send someone to correct. NO one came to fix or ...no follow up from management. I will NOT stay there again as I frequent Columbus!

I normally do not write reviews for anything, but this was the WORST hotel that I have ever experienced. It was FILTHY. The first room assigned to me had the beds made but the bathroom had stains on the toilet. The mirror looked like someone spit on it and the counters were a mess. The next room that they assigned was no better. DO NOT stay at this hotel. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
