We have stayed at many hotels in Col. This is our favorite. Recently remodeled. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was new.

First of all I reserved a poolside room and when I get there they say no poolside rooms available and give me a 4th floor room with no pool view. They advertise kids eat free and when I got there they said kids don't eat free unless your part of the priority club, and wouldnt even let me sign up. Then some child puked in the pool and they shut the whole area down and didnt do anything about the puke until 2 hours later. Also the staff was not friendly and didnt care.
