We were able to laugh about it even at the time it happened. The first room we went to had someone in it. The second room the keys didn't always work and the bathroom sink was clogged.
After we asked they did give us two free breakfasts for our inconveniences.

Location for our work, pool and hot tub.

The individual room heater and trouble with keys working.

We stayed for both trips because they were exactly what we were looking fo. Clean and willing to help us with our special requests. They have a bunch of games and toys for the kids (for the rooms) and a pool inside the middle of the lobby!

Clean and attentive to our needs.

They need a better plumbing system. The drain was backed up and there was not enough hot water, let alone warm water. When I contacted the front desk they apologized and said that there were a lot of people taking showers that morning but they were able to unclog the drain. It's a hotel, not a house and I didn't have time to sit around and wait for the water to get warm! Everyone was very courteous and the atmosphere was great but not being able to take a decent shower ruined the whole stay.

I loved the decorations, the dining area and the pool. Service was very nice also.

There not a drop of warm water in the morning for me to take a shower and the drain was clogged. Maintenance came & unclogged but still no warm water.

I would definitely recommend the Courtyard Columbus West. Online reviewers had plenty of good things to say about this location. Guests thought they received an excellent value for their dollar and were extremely happy with the level of hospitality and service given by the staff. Guests felt welcome and cared for. Guests also enjoyed the fact that they were so close to the local attractions and were glad to have so many dining options in such a close proximity. Guests also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. One guest complained that the internet access was very slow, and another guest was bothered by the fact that breakfast wasn't free.
