The room was excellent as far as being clean, and comfortable. Our room keys did not work and we tried 3 doors and then had to walk back to our car carrying our luggage then drive all the way back around the building.
I loved the mattress because it was soft and comfy.

Great hotel with hip looking interior. Nice comfortable room with a great bed. Nice work station too! Excellent exercise room with new equipment. Very close to restaurants. Great value - stay here if you can!
Very modern interior, room was freshly renovated, great bed.
Old exterior, looked like it used to belong to another chain. Parking lot was icy with no salt.

Very good, though I did not like the fact that the phone didn't work and the toilet didn't work. While I reported that the phone didn't work, I wasn't notified that it may be 24 hours before it was fixed. Additionally, as soon as I got to the room, I found that that toilet was not functional. Maintenance came quickly, but after he left, the toilet backed up. I didn't call maintenance as it was getting late. The next day, maintenance worked on it and it worked, but barely. I wasn't offered a change of rooms or any sort of compensation despite these issues.
Nice room, good location, comfortable bed.
Non-working phone for 24 hours, toilet not working upon arrival and still not after maintenance was called.

Frequent visitors to the Columbus area rate this Holiday Inn as the best place to stay in nearby Worthington. The rooms here are spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and very affordable. The cheerful crew of employees has helpful hints about the area sightseeing, shops and restaurants. Those who dined at the on-site restaurant say the meals were inexpensive and most acceptable. Many clients said they planned to return to this hotel again and would recommend the property to fellow travelers.
