The Columbus Gatehouse Inn comprises 80 suites designed for extended stays by both the business and leisure traveler. The three-story, non-smoking hotel is nine miles from the central business district and seven miles from the aiport. All the suites have separate sleeping and living areas and fully euiqpped kitchens. Free wireless high-speed Internet access is available throughout the property. Other items included in the room rates are local telephone calls and parking. The hotel was built as a Residence Inn by Marriott. There are loft style penthouse suites which have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Area landmarks and attractions include six golf courses, the Columbus Zoo, the German Village, Buckeye Hall of Fame, the Franklin Park Conservatory and the King Arts complex.

The suites have a fully equipped kitchen with a conventional and microwave oven, stovetop, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone, television with cable movie and news channels, pullout sofa bed, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board. Some of the suites have a fireplace.

From Columbus Airport (CMH) 7 miles: Exit the airport and follow the signs to Highway 317 (OH-317) and Interstate-270. Turn right on OH-317 (Sawyer Road) and travel south just over 6 miles as it becomes Hamilton Road. The hotel will be on your left just past Interstate-70.
