Room was OK. Location was ideal for convention center usage. Elevators were horribly slow & crowed - they need more of them. There were many times we had to wait 2-3 times just to get on the elevators. You should ALLOW extra time - they will slow you down

Friendly and knowledgeable staff top the list at this hotel, with a convenient downtown location coming in as a close second. I also loved the view of the whole downtown skyline from my room. I'll be back!

The Hyatt Regency Columbus is situated next to the convention center and has a lot of business from attendees of events at the center. It was quite busy the Saturday night we stayed there. Everything was generally good in our stay except that whenever we needed to use the elevator on Saturday night, it took literally 15 to 20 minutes to obtain one. When we mentioned that to the desk, they were aware of the problem and said it would be addressed in a prospective renovation. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.

Stayed at this hotel for a national qualifing BMX race. Elevator was horrible, waited sometimes 15-20 min for elevator. Very hard to time getting to race on time. Room cleaning service was horrible. We stayed 5 days and had to ask for toliet paper and shampoo because none was replaced, we had 4 in a room and they would only give 3 towels a day (had to call everyday for more). Only thing done to the room each day was beds were made and towels were taken. We were not impressed

We had a corner room 17 floors or so up. The layout of the room was very bizarre and different but the views were outstanding. Would request it again if possible. Not new by any means but great view. Didn't use any other hotel ammenities. Some reviews said the elevators were horrible....we had no problems. Great location too.

The worst part of the hotel is the nonchalant or even lacking service - everywhere except the restaurant. Elevators have been problematic for years and no improvement in sight. Very unfortunate to get stuck there for a convention, all good places are taken early.

Rooms were rather small, but comfortable. View was spectacular for downtown. Close to lots of eating places and entertainment. Elevator service was terrible - too few elevators for the # of rooms and events. Thank God for tv checkout.

The rooms at the Hyatt are spectacular. Great for conventions because it is connected to the GCCC. Service is horrible, but we were a group that sold-out the hotel, overall, everything evened out.

Hotel is very nice, great location. They need to start replacing carpets, our room was ripped up. Very convenient to nationwide arena. Not my favorite downtown hotel.

We stayed for the tournament of champions wrestling tournament. The staff was nice, the hotel was clean. It was easy access to many areas. The pool area could use some work but everything else was great! We will be back next April!!
