Hyatt on Capitol Square, an AAA Four-Diamond property, is just opposite Capitol Building. The hotel, connected to the City Center Mall, is situated in the center of Downtown Columbus. This luxury hotel is ideal for travelers on holiday and business. Most of the guests were happy with clean, well-appointed accommodations with comfy beds; sports bar; service, especially valet service; spotless bathroom; location; gym and food. But some guests were disappointed with small and dated rooms featuring stained and worn out carpets and upholstery; poor housekeeping service; overpriced food; and lack of cleanliness in bathrooms.
