A grand hotel with complete attention to the guests needs. This hotel is on the grounds of The Cleveland Clinic and a great place to stay if you are visiting Cleveland for business or pleasure. I would stay there again, ask for a senior, military or Cleveland Clinic discount it's a lot cheaper than published rates
