A weekend at the jake - posted on 06/02/2007
I bought a brick last Christmas for my son at Heritage Park at Jacob's Field. This weekend we flew here for a series with the Tigers. It was perfect. Absolutely perfect.

great view of Jacob's Field from our hotel room, very clean, very comfy beds, within five miles of the zoo and the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame.
Awesome hotel, but... - posted on 05/05/2007
The staff at the hotel is great - everyone was very genuine and made you feel welcome. Room and all amenities were also great. The only downside, and not anything the hotel can do about, is the people that hang out in the area. I would not suggest walking around the area close to the hotel at night - many people asking for money and it is not a comfortable feeling. If you are looking for night life around the hotel - stay closer to the water.
I was pleasantly surprised! - posted on 04/05/2007
I recently stayed here for the Final Four. Picking a place over the internet has been "iffy" at best. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Room cleanliness is the most important to me and it was sparkling clean. The staff was the nicest, most helpful I've encountered. A great hotel for a great price!
Great service & location - posted on 09/07/2006
I've had hit and miss experiences with Hiltons over the past year, but the Hilton Garden Inn-Cleveland was very positive! The service/staff were very good, and parking was very convenient. Location is central to three major highways and close to downtown/waterfront.
the friendliest front desk staff I've seen! - posted on 07/23/2006
Great place - looks new, spotlessly clean, mini-fridge and microwave great. Close to stadiums and CSU. Front desk staff were BEYOND great - breakfast buffet extensive - so far Hilton Garden Inns are at the top of my list!
Parking is a nightmare - posted on 07/19/2006
Not impressed from check-in where staff was rude and my reserved room type was unavailable. Room itself was clean, had fridge and microwave, and great internet. The parking is a insufficient to say the least. It's $15/day and fills up before 10pm. Lot next door has tow-away warnings. Staff didn't seem to care.

This is a beautiful, clean and tidy hotel with a welcoming staff. Pool/hot tub area is very nice. Bar located inside hotel is pleasant and pantry in lobby area is handy. It is situated in a very convenient location to all of downtown Cleveland?s attractions - walking distance or a short cab ride to most. Great experience - we would definitely stay again!

I really liked the hotel and it's convenient location. We were right near the Indians and Cavs stadiums (within walking distance), but was a little disappointed when I found out that on top of the amount we paid for the room, we also had to pay $15/night for parking. Overall, the room accomodations, restaurant and pool were all very nice.

Everything was nice and clean. The hot tub was hot but not enough force through the outlets. The hotel was just across the street from Jacobs Field where we went to see the Yankees play. A little disappointed we had to pay for hotel parking, but guess that is true for most downtown cities. Breakfast choices were available for a charge....no complimentary offerings. Would stay again.
