Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade, set in the historic district, is very close to the Quicken Loans Arena, Jacobs Field, and the Rock and Roll Hall of fame. The hotel, offering beautiful views of the city skyline, prides itself on excellent service. The Arcade, an indoor mall listed on the National Register of Historic Places, features unique restaurants and shops. All public areas have T-mobile hot spot wireless Internet. Executives can access the onsite business center at all hours. Guests can savor innovative cuisine, made from of the freshest ingredients, at its eateries.

This elegant downtown hotel, within walking distance of a number of attractions, offers more than a good nights sleep. Almost all travelers raved about clean comfy accommodations, friendly staff, location, 24-hour gym and food. However, a few guests were unhappy about distance between lobby and rooms; cost of food and parking; and noise.
