The Hyatt was very accommodating, comfortable, and is somewhat secluded providing a restful and relaxing stay. The shuttle service from the airport was quick and convenient. The employees were helpful and very polite. It is a place that I'd look forward to staying in again.
After just spending two weeks in another hotel, the Hyatt was warm, comfortable and had more to offer for less money.
There was a boy that rode along in the shuttle that sat in the front seat forcing me to climb in the back. He also hung out at the front desk blocking.

The hotel and it's staff were great! I had a really horrible time on the phone with operator. She was very defensive and did not listen to me as a customer. She was not very helpful to me or the hotel staff when asked about billing issues. I would have listened to what they had to say and then explained the procedure of how the company does things. Operator in customer relations may need a refresher in customer relations! Because she did not relate very well to this customer.
