It was ratesd a three star, but I would give them five. We were very pleased with everything! We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are nice. Parking is very expensive. $22/day and they don't allow you to park without using Valet. I'd rather not have to tip the guys every time I'm coming and going. I wouldn't stay here again just because of the parking issue.

It's a super nice hotel however there was no free breakfast and I didn't know about the $150 smoking fine until it was too late. But the room was great. Just make sure you get on that sidewalk if you need a smoke.

The price was low and the quality of the rooms were exceptional. The gym was not up to date with machines or weights. The food in the restaurant in the hotel was very overpriced.

Our stay at this hotel was attrocious. Service ranged between apathetic and non existent. The mattress was of the caliber one would expect to find in a flophouse. Absolutely nothing about this property was consistent with what we have come to expect from Intercontinental Hotels. We are profoundly disappointed and could never recommend this property!

Overall this is a decent hotel. Not that close to downtown however. It is in the medical center area. The lobby is really nice, but the rooms could use a little sprucing up. The bed was nice and clean and the bathroom look updated. I would stay here again.

Convenient location while family member was admitted to Clinic. Room was very clean...although after all the stress that comes along with a family member who is ill, a nice soft bed and pillow would be nice to fall into at the end of the day.

The hotel is very nice - most (all?) rooms have a separate living room and bedroom. The rooms are nice and well maintained. Prices are very reasonable on the weekend, and you are within easy driving distance of downtown and the museum area. The hotel has valet parking only, so be ready for the extra charge

I moved from Cleve. to GA June-04 and returned for my mom's birthday. This hotel was the closests to the party destination, and I really enjoyed my 2 nights. Exquisite decor, top-notch service, delicious food!

My wife was having some overnight tests at the CLeveland CLinic so this hotel was very coinvenient and a great value. THe only quibble i had was with teh shower. Other inter-contineltals had adjustable shower heads...this one did not and the water kinda trickled awkwardly all over the place. That was my only minor complaint.
