Good for the most part, but poor in a few areas. I would stay here again but may choose another hotel if I were able to get a room at a competitive rate.

Location was near the places that I planned to visit.

The restaurant was slow in bringing the food, and the food was poor quality.

The Holiday Inn Cleveland Airport is a good option if you are traveling to Cleveland. Conveniently located near Cleveland Hopkins Airport and a short drive to downtown Cleveland, you will have major freeway access to east and west suburbs. The hotel, which was renovated in 2003, is near many businesses and just a few miles from the International Expositions Center (IX Center). Each room has the comforts you will need to enjoy your stay with cable TV, in room movies and free high speed internet in the rooms and lobby. There is MacKenzie's Grill and Lounge, an on-site restaurant, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel offers free parking, and shuttle to the airport, which can result in big savings. Staff is attentive and helpful. The hotel was renovated in 2003 and amenities include a spacious pool and well-equipped fitness center, and a complimentary continental breakfast.

The Holiday Inn Cleveland Airport is a good choice if you are traveling to Cleveland. It is close to the airport and you can easily access business or recreation via major freeways nearby, or save money by using the free lighted parking at the hotel and taking the airport shuttle. The hotel was renovated in 2003 and still is quite nice. MacKenzies Grill offers convenient dining on-site, in addition to the complimentary continental breakfast. The spacious pool, fitness room and complimentary high speed internet are entertainment options after your day of work or sightseeing is complete. The staff is efficient and helpful.
