This is a very nice hotel. It is conveniently located, except at afternoon rush hour, where access to and from is very limited. The shower heads are old and need upgrading to the new kind that Holiday Inn is so busy touting. After all, a hotel stay is room, facilities, and shower. One of these is horrifically weak, which pulls the rating way down.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in all ways. The room and bathrooms were newly updated and very comfortable, and the room internet was free. Although our trip was too short to take advantage of it, we appreciated the availability of the onsite pool and, while we again were not able to take advantage of it, the classy looking Italian restaurant on the property smelled divine.

The room was surprisingly well-appointed and comfortable-I was also pleased to have free internet.

The outside of the hotel is very outdated. I was amazed when I walked into the lobby and found it was so much more luxurious than the exterior.

The Holiday Inn Cleveland Mayfield is a recently renovated hotel near major shopping and convenient to all the fun and excitement of Greater Cleveland. The hotel is close to the destination shopping centers of Beachwood Place and Legacy Village, major businesses and medical centers, with freeway access for a short drive to downtown Cleveland, with major sports venues and first class entertainment. Each room has the comforts you will need to enjoy your stay with cable TV, in-room movies and free high speed Internet. There is a work desk with lamp, and comfortable bedding to relax you after the fun of Cleveland or that business meeting. For dining, there is a fine Italian restaurant and lounge, and many other choices nearby. The hotel offers free parking, and amenities include indoor and outdoor pools and fitness center, also renovated in 2006.

The Holiday Inn Cleveland Mayfield is a good choice if you are traveling to the east side of Greater Cleveland. The location is convenient to many growing businesses in the area, and a great place to stay if you are visiting friends and family in the eastern suburbs, as well as convenient to freeways that will take you downtown. The hotel was renovated in 2006 and has all the modern amenities. Alfredos, a long time Cleveland favorite, offers great Italian food, and there are many other dining choices in the area. The spacious indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room and cocktail lounge will refresh you before relaxing in your comfortable room with complimentary high speed Internet. The hotel is in a nice area with free lighted parking.
