My wife and I got away for a few days and wanted a centrally located base from which to explore the R&R HOF and some dowtown restaurants and shopping...this hotel was PERFECT for us overall.

room was great, service was completely awesome, parking is expensive and the elevator from the garage to the rooms is kinda screwy but ill definatly stay here again.

The room was not bad. It was clean. The bathtub did not drain properly. The front desk personnel was slow. We waited a long time to check out and there was only one person working. Room service was fast though food was nothing to brag about.

Go there for a conference, the room is very clean, no weird smell at all. Esp. the sheet is the best.

My husband and I booked our trip at the last minute and did not know what to expect. I am happy to report that we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was curteous, our room was big and clean.

For the price I was not pleased. The wallpaper was falling off the walls in 2 different rooms. The A/C leaked all over the floor. But the beds were very nice and comfy.

I attended a convention at this hotel. The elevators were very slow, the wait staff in the restaurant was very very slow and the banquet meal was terrible. This hotel cannot handle conventions or large meetings

Hotel was nice enough, but on the third day, we had to beg for fresh towels and maid service to the room (finally got it at dinnertime that night). Staff at desk not very friendly. Would not honor our ByRequest membership.

The staff was very accomodating. This hotel is in the heart of Cleveland and is within walking distance of the Hall of Fame and other attractions. The rooms were clean, as well.

Had stayed at Sheraton in DC and just a great staff and service. So I stayed Cleveland Sheraton was even better.
