We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. Left on our vacation and came back to retrieve our vehicle in their parking lot. As we tried to leave the parking lot, the parking lot attendent was being a total jerk. We had paid for the "park and fly". She couldn't get the ticket to work to leave us out. She then proceeded to ask us what our room number had been on the night we stayed (that was three days earlier--would YOU remember) She then had to call into the hotel to verify our stay (our ticket had already been marked and verified by the hotel hostess before we left on our vacation.) I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. THIS WAS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR.

the beds were very cozy, and there food was great. Everyone was very friendly the staff were very fast to responding to your problems and needs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our bed was very comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. We will definitly keep this hotel on our list to visit again.

What a great hotel! All downtown hotels were sold out due to sporting events (we were there to see the Indians). Opted for the airport and found gold. Very easy access to all Cleveland activities. Beds were a wonderful surprise; exceptionally comfortable and very clean. Would gladly stay here again for Cleveland visits.

nice hotel - conveniently located at airport with shuttle available and waiting at the airport. room were very spacious with sofa bed and spacious bathroom, indoor pool, restaurant -serving room service until midnight- will definitely stay here again -

Pool and exercise area is very well designed. Pool was great for our 4 yr old as one end was shallow enough for him to play in. Bathrooms are newly remodeled and clean. Rooms are sound proof, clean, and beds were very restful. Elevators always seem available instantly. 2nd time we stayed here and just love the place!

I stayed at this property in 2005 and it is by far the most comfortable hotel in the Cleveland area. Best night sleep, even better than home. Service was phenominal!!!!

I was forced to stay at the Sheraton Cleveland Airport during my recent visit to Cleveland due to bad weather. The service, amenities, the location was great. Aboslutely a wonderful stay. Everyone that I came in contact with was wonderful!
