Great hotel with friendly staff. I especially liked the granite countertops with modern bathroom accessories. Large shower head plus curved bar plus shampoo/conditioner by bath & body works were great.

Bed was very comfortable.

Parking garage was confusing.

The main lobby was beautifully welcoming, desk staff very pleasant. We requested a double room and it was very clean and wonderfully updated/modern, but it was a bit on the small side - just a little cramped. I liked the sink situated outside of the toilet/shower area. The air conditioning unit was quiet and did not wake me as some hotel units do. We were on the 14th floor - with very nice views in every direction. We requested an air mattress and it was free of charge. Parking is $20. The indoor pool was only 3 feet deep from end-to-end. Overall - very nice experience. The hotel was well located in the city. I would stay at this hotel again.

The 400-room Marriott Downtown at Key Center is located in the center of Cleveland's business district near the Quicken Loans Arena and the Cleveland Browns stadium. The full-service hotel is attached to the Key Tower and provides luxury accommodation at an affordable price for both the business and leisure traveler. The 25-story, non-smoking property is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The hotel has 18 meeting rooms for business or social functions. The largest, the Grand Ballroom, can accommodate 800 guests. This is THE place to stay in Cleveland. That is the opinion of many former clients of this hotel who loved the location, in the city center, with fantastic views of Lake Erie. There were good reviews for the team of dedicated and efficient employees. The staff at the concierge desk got special mention about their knowledge of the area with helpful tips on what to see and where to go. The majority of clients said they would use this hotel on future visits to Cleveland and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
