I was surprised that this hotel was really clean. I liked the fact that all the bed covers where white, which made me feel that this hotel had nothing to hide by using the printed ones; I slept like a baby.

We visited Cleveland to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - the hotel is on the street leading directly to the HOF, a (long) 4-5 block walk. Very convenient! Hotel in walking distance of everything to see in downtown Cleveland. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet (included). Hotel clean and in excellent condition. Paying for hotel parking OK by me, I'm from NYC area.

Hampton Inn in downtown Cleveland is steps away from the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame and other attractions. I loved my stay.

Have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times during visits to Case Western Reserve University where my daughter attends, Always very clean, great morning buffet.

Fancy, no. But when it comes to value, the downtown Cleveland Hampton Inn offers a good bang for your travel buck. It is within walking distance of Jacobs Field and several restaurants/bars. The hotel is clean, staff courteous, and the free morning buffet is very good. Downside..no other food available other than a vending machine. And no 7-11's nearby for a quick snack or beverages. Pack a cooler with a few things to take care of late night hunger.

For New Year's Eve, my husband and I chose to stay at this Hampton Inn. We have consistently good experiences with this hotel throughout the country, and were once again pleased at the consistent good service. The hotel was clean and well cared for. The staff was plentiful and helpful. The bed very comfortable and all amenities functioning as expected. We applaud Hampton Inn for their good consistent service. This is a hotel chain that I trust and will use again and again.

The hotel was fine - clean, nothing special but nothing awful either. The staff didn't know the downtown area at all. Neglected to tell us about restaurants within walking distance (many weren't on their badly photocopied guide) and were better informed and enthusiastic about the suburbs than establishments downtown.

Rooms are very clean, staff was curteous, breakfast was a little slow at being replenished, altough there was a full house that morning. Within walking distance to sports facilities

Very nice hotel in downtown Cleveland. Easy walking distance to baseball, football , Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and many good restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends.

Overall great stay! Parking can be a little expensive but there is a lot across the street that is $7 a day. Location was fantastic, everything is within walking distance of the hotel and maps are available upon request. Breakfast is the best i have ever seen at a hotel! Rooms were very clean and service was very friendly. If i take another trip to Cleveland I would not hesitate to stay here again.
