This hotel was great. Great staff Great rooms and a wonderful free hot breakfast in the morning.

Location of hotel was great, just up the street from the stadium which is where we were going. The valet staff was quick and friendly, though the parking was across the street which made it a bit of a hassle. Had problems with the room keys-they wouldn't work. Also, no late-night restaurants around the area.

Valet service was great, breakfast was good, room was clean.

Room key kept de-magnetizing; parking across the street; no restaurants around area.

The Hampton Inn Cleveland Downtown provides a comfortable place to stay which is convenient to all the attractions and business locations of downtown. Located on East 9th street, near the major downtown office buildings, you are close to the convention center, and entertainment facilities in Playhouse Square, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The major league sports venues of the Indians' Jacobs Field, Cleveland Browns Stadium and Quicken Loans Arena are within easy walking distance, or a short cab ride. The hotel offers complimentary high-speed Internet access and a free hot breakfast. The guest room contains all the comforts you expect from Hampton, a Hilton property, with cable TV, movies and free newspapers. There are many dining options in downtown, although the hotel does not offer its own restaurant. For your business needs, the rooms have desks and work lamps, and a business center is in the lobby. Self and valet parking is available at competitive rates.

The Hampton Inn is a great choice if business or entertainment brings you to Downtown Cleveland. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff is helpful. It is in a great location for taking advantage of the sights or conducting your meetings during the day, and close to restaurants for that important dinner with clients. The free high speed Internet will let you catch up on your email from home, or you can work off that dinner in the fitness room. Parking is reasonable and the room has all the amenities you need after a hard day. The shower facilities are especially nice, and the rooms have a lap desk, cable TV and in-room movies you can watch as you relax in your comfortable bed.
