Room was spacious and the staff members were really patient and friendly. As a business traveler, I hate being cooped up in a hotel room but this room was probably one of the nicest places I've ever been forced" to stay. I have already recommended this place to others."

Great location and spacious, clean, comfortable room. We booked a room for 2 people and all they had was a twin bed. This is a little cramped as I am 6'3" and my wife is 5'9".

Very convenient to all areas of downtown. Courtesy shuttle was nice one rainy night.

Separate parking garage made getting luggage to room difficult.

It had only one room but was still a very good bargain for the price. The valet parking so backed up and unorganized that I gave up and parked a few blocks away in a very nice and garded parking garage. The room had a nice view but the carpet had many spots on it and the lay out was poor due to being an end room.

Location was the key the view of the city was great

I was put in an end room that did not have the space that was promised

The Embassy Suites Downtown Cleveland provides a great location and great amenities for your business or pleasure trip to Cleveland. Located in the heart of Clevelands business district, you are close to the convention center, Playhouse Square, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Indians' Jacobs Field, Cleveland Browns Stadium and Quicken Loans Arena. The hotel offers high-speed Internet access, a world class fitness center with new whirlpools and saunas. The hotel rooms are all suites, and contain the amenities you expect from Embassy Suites, a Hilton property, with cable TV, movies, newspapers and kitchenettes and refrigerators in some rooms. A cooked to order breakfast starts your day and there is a managers reception, the American Bar and Grill in the hotel, and many dining options in downtown are close by.
