Nice place, great staff. Hotel was newly remodeled, and the person working the desk had housecleaning staff quickly clean a newer room so that it was available for me. Received a free dinner coupon simply because the staff had extras. Had a nice chat with the front desk worker both on check-in and check-out. For the price, you cannot beat the value at this hotel.

Friendly, courteous staff that went out of way to help.

The floor I stayed on was currently being renovated.

Excellent location- the hotel provides shuttle services for the Cleveland Clinic -at no extra cost; the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the manager, who was able to transform an unpleasant situation into a favorable one, excellent breakfast, which was included in the price of the room, last, but not least- very attractive price.

The drain at the bathtub was clogged to start with, deficient bathroom bulb, no fridge in the room.

We were generally very satisfied with the quality of the room and the hotel staff. It was conveniently located near the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Park, which made it unnecessary to drive our car around Downtown Cleveland.

It was very convenient to the attractions we wanted to see.

It was difficult to get into and out of because of the one-way streets.

The Comfort Inn Downtown Cleveland is a convenient place to stay if your business or entertainment takes you to Downtown Cleveland. Major businesses and Cleveland State University are located in a few block radius from the hotel, and Jacobs Field, Cleveland Browns Stadium, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Warehouse district are nearby. Playhouse Square is steps away. The rooms offer the amenities you need, including free wireless high speed Internet, and free deluxe continental breakfast, as well as hair dryers and ironing boards. The Comfort Inn Downtown Cleveland is very convenient to all the local sights and businesses, but has been inconsistent regarding services, housekeeping and maintenance. There is not a restaurant in the hotel, but dining options are close by, however, as with any downtown area, after dark it is advisable to be careful in less busy areas. The prices are moderate and the rooms are standard, but the hotel does include free Internet and continental breakfast. If you are looking for a lower priced option that is close to Playhouse Square, Quicken Loans Arena and other venues and in the area, the hotel is acceptable at a reasonable price.
