Best Western Clermont in Cincinnati Ohio

Reserved 4 a King Size & a roll away bed as my husband and I are big people and had a teenager w/us, ended up with 2 double beds, the carpet had cigerette burns, the room was dingy dirty, the vending machine ripped off 3 people. I will not be staying in another Best Western, I emailed corporate & got a nice email back saying they would send my email onto the local hotel for review, but I have yet to hear anything, even as far as an apology.

I don't know what the last lady is talking about, but the everything is great about motel although she is right the description is almost completely wrong, there is no ocean, but that should be obvious, NO OCEAN IN THE MIDDLE OF OHIO. The staff is nice and so is the pool

First of all, there is no lake near this hotel, There is no pool, dining area, smiling staff, this is not even a picture of the hotel!! When you get there and ask about these things they act like they don't know what your talking about. it is basically a sleazy motel with drive thru check in. And yes I'm sure I went to the correct place. Stay away from this one!!
