The hotel is very clean and the pool area is a decent size. However, we got the impression that they just "did enough to get by" and could have been a little better. The breakfast are is very small and gets congested quickly. Compared with hotels the same size, they could do better.

I tend to judge a hotel on room comfort and breakfast. The room was clean and well maintained except for the matress which was horrible. The breakfast bar was very minimal and stocked by the front desk worker. You can do better in this area.

I stay here frequently and the level of cleanliness is consistent and important to me. The bedding is the vellux blanket and I'm spoiled with down and feathers and most hotels now offer this type of bedding.

I had to run down a maid and request some towels so I could take a shower. The room was never cleaned. The final straw was when I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk so I could out. For all of this I was charged a $6.00 per night service charge. Thank you, but for $109.48 per night I expected more. And I assure I will get more at another location.

Would have liked to have had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Many of the places I stay have these amenities.Was really disappointed in the "high speed" internet. Cables were available but the download speed averaged about 12K... have had better luck with dial-up. High-speed normally means DSL, cable modem speed at a minimum. Bang for buck I would rate this stay as below average: I have had equivalent service at much lower cost places. Would probably not book again at this particular hotel: wasn't really bad but not up to the price.
