Some guests were happy with clean comfy rooms, courteous staff, well-maintained pool, hot tub, cozy beds, television channels and large spotless bathrooms. However, others were disappointed with service, high price, run down exercise room with broken amenities, slow Internet, weak water pressure in shower, poor sink drainage, short bed sheets, smoky hallways and elevators, and sub-standard breakfast.
