The sleeping facilities that were promised when reservations were made were not available upon check-in. When a cot was brought to the room, the linens were dirty/used. Only one staff member was there when all rooms were full; when a fuse was blown there was nobody to fix it leaving us without electricity.

Due to a fire in our home my husband, 2 cats, and I stayed 72 nights. The staff were warm, friendly and professional. They took very good care of us and helped to ease a difficult period of our lives.

My husband, daughter and I went to Cincinatti for a wedding and stayed for 2 days. Staff was terrific, rooms are spacious and clean. Location was convenient to shopping, King's Island and highway.

My children and I went for a two day mini vacation and truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful beginning with the gentleman who booked our room and ending with the young lady who checked us out. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The lobby was beautiful and the food in the hotel restaurant was very good. I am looking forward to our next visit there.

Visited for a conference. While they had to scramble to accomodate a group as large as 500, the entire staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The center court is beautiful.
