The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation, but I was not inconvenienced by it. My room had been re-done and was clean and adequate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location provided excellent access to expressways and downtown. Good location for business traveler but I'm not sure I'd recommend for a family. No place to wallk to.

in one week that i stay there they don't clean the bath. they was confused about my reservation and the room smells bad

My husband and I enjoyed our overnight stay at the Ramada Inn Cincinnati Downtown. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional.

Stayed 2 nights and would probably stay again. Was worried about staff and unclean rooms, but neither were an issue. Long walk to Reds game but do it if you have time. Great ac/heat system and newer shower helped. Face it you get what you pay for and this was fairly priced

The majority of the service was fantastic, but there were one or two front desk agents that were a little short with me at times. Nice location. Easy access to downtown Cincinnati. Also, a small point...but I loved the night lights in the room!

My colleague and I were greeted promptly and checked in rapidly. I found the room to be clean with plently of towels.

This hotel is very dirty and reminiscent of a motel not a hotel. The room I was assigned smelled. I checked out within 5 min of checking in and I still have not recieved my refund because there are no managers ever on duty. They are poor at keeping records and professional attitude and behavior. This hotel should not charge the rates it charges. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!

Front desk people is not very friendly, but they helped me in getting taxis or making phone calls. I asked for a non-smoking room and all I got was a stinky smokers room. other than that, downtown is very close and the breakfast service is a good feature of this hotel.

The free parking allowed is to walk directly to the Great American Ballpark & save the money and hassel of driving.

This hotel was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Torn sheets, dirty blankets, dirty tub, room smelled and no manager around for 3 days. I almost forgot, they didn't clean our beds either. I will never stay at a Ramada again!

It's an older hotel, and some work has been done, however, the room could have been cleaner. There was something spilled down one wall and there was a powerstrip in plain sight.
