We enjoyed the trip very much, however the bed was hard and very uncomfortable and needed more front desk personnel at check - in.
So noisy! - posted on 05/18/2007
This hotel has a nice lobby, average staff and mostly clean rooms. But it is so noisy. We were on the 4th floor and could hear, very clearly, every car drive by, every door slam in the hallway. We left in the middle of the night... there was no hope for sleep.
Just Okay - posted on 04/19/2007
The room could stand remodeling but was OK, the lobby, fitness center, etc. seemed fine. Service was poor for dining - food was OK but pricey. Room service was very poor - bad attitude and misquoted - wanted us to pay $63 for two hamburgers and a salad.

Nice clean room with comfotable beds and furniture. Very nice ammenities for a good price on a premium weekend in Cincinnati. Everything worked well in the room.

Fron desk staff talked very quickly and almostt rude, other staff great, internet access, restaurant for B-L good, room service good, clean, bathroom smaller than expected
nice visit - posted on 03/06/2007
I had to come here and stay for over 2 months. I had a great room & the housekeeping lady took care of me everyday. I also got to keep my dogs with me. They know you by name and always say hello. It was in walking disctance to work. I had a great time.
Nice but needs some improvement in customer servic - posted on 11/16/2006
The room was okay and it was a bit small. Whenever we called the front desk the employee were rude. The service only became better when one of the nights there was a fire in the kitchen and we had to be kicked out of our rooms for 3 hours in 38 degrees weather and that is when they all started acting nice to everyone for we wouldn't leave.
Had Great Time - posted on 11/01/2006
Stay here for the football game. This hotel is really nice and clean and I WILL stay here again. We had a great time...Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to stores and the stadium for walking. Very happy staying here.....
almost didnt stay here - posted on 10/04/2006
I was able to check in at 10am after flying all night. All the staff was polite and professional. Rooms a little small maybe but clean and well stocked. Elevators worked, room key card worked. Everything as it should be in a hotel. I will be staying here again.
Think Twice before staying here!! - posted on 08/06/2006
This hotel was not what we expected. We arrived on a Thursday and left on a Sunday. When we went to check in we were told we couldn't get into our rooms till 4:00. We had to store our luggage which was a total inconvience. Not to mention the staff was very rude about it as well. They informed us that they couldn't help it. Next we tried the elevators and one kept getting messed up. It would only go to certain floors. In fact when you pushed a button it would light up others and stop there instead. The bathrooms were dirty and so was the carpet. I would not stay here again.
Millenium is outdated. - posted on 08/06/2006
The Millenium has the prime location, but if you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere. These rooms could use a major make-over. However, staff was excellent.
Dusty, Moldy, Creepy - posted on 07/31/2006
The smell of mold hits your nose as you enter the lobby. The hotel staff is rude, unhappy, and unkept. The rooms smell musty- and don't even think about having room service thoroughly clean your room. I stayed here for work and it was the worst hotel experience in my life. My co-worker also was bit by one of the hotel mites and broke out in a series of black and blue rashes. The hotel denied any wrongdoing though none of the staff will enter the room.

Very nice hotel, great staff. We liked everything except the the parking and the "perks" that consisted of only one bad finger food. The rest of our stay was great. nice view, nice staff, close enough to the good stuff.
do not stay at the millenium - posted on 07/06/2006
customer service and guest relations is poor at best. "computer problems" made it impossible to check in until late in evening, unable to do manual check-ins, incompetent staff stacks oversized haevy objects on lightweight duffle bags, damaging personal items. then claims and staff or reluctant to deal with any issueswanting to place the blame on the customer. would recommend you stay anywhere but here in the fine city of Cincinnati.

Millenium Cincinnati - posted on 06/19/2006
We found the Millenium Hotel very nice. Lobby was lovely but the rooms could use a little updating, The location was great, we really enjoyed downtown Cincinnati. We will plan another trip to Cin. and the Millenium Hotel.

Overall a good experience. Easy access in and out of downtown-clean rooms, quick elevators, decent fitness facility-but NO water Sat or Sun. Service in restaurant was good-friendly staff
At Least its Downtown - posted on 03/18/2006
Always very long lines at check-in/out; no way to do an express check-out. Staff friendly but way too familiar with customers. Room run down. Breakfast terrible. Is across the street from some nice hotels to eat at.
wonderful sleep - posted on 03/09/2006
Great smelling, starched sheets! Triple sheeted bed. Beautiful view of the Ohio river. Fabulous room service breakfast, with fresh flowers on the tray and the food was hot! Hotel main frame down, great service anyway. Definately will return again!
ok for the money - posted on 01/24/2006
Carpet in room was a little stained and housekeeping hadn't vacuumed up cookie crumbs;smelled like onions; bathroom very small; staff recommended off-site restaurant and advised the price would be around $60; cost over $110; great location, price much better than other motel we checked; staff very friendly
Better than Average - posted on 01/04/2006
We found this hotel very convenient to shopping and to the general downtown area. It was less than what we had spent at other hotels, and the accomodations much nicer. Workout room would meet most people's needs. Room movies didn't work and hadn't been working for some time.
Value - posted on 11/30/2005
The Hotel was a good value for the money. 2 adults/2 kids. Since hotel access was right there, we parked in the city lot next door for $15.00 a day, $20.00 at the hotel. The food was great. The room we had was nice, but housekeeping really needs to improve! The internet fee for the room was not worth the hassle/price. We had trouble with the menu, the keys were stuck and trouble going on line. Not worth the money spent. Use the internet service in the lobby which did not cost and wait your turn.
better than expected - posted on 11/29/2005
I had read prevoius reviews that were not great, but this place is really nice; I guess there is always someone who has a problem. The rate was fantastic compared to the other hotels. I stayed in the Millennium side, and it is nice. Park on 5th St next to hotel for $15 and you can come and go as you want.

Good downtown location. Staff very attentive. Not sure if valet parking ($20) is in line with other hotels. Rooms/bathroom a bit small but clean.
Will not be returning - posted on 10/26/2005
We were not impressed with this hotel at all. The room was extremely small, the bathroom was not clean. For the price we received and the rating that was posted I was under the impression that this hotel was of quality, but it was not. Not to mention you have to pay $20/day for parking--Bottom line this hotel is not worth it. We rate this hotel 1-2 stars at most
messy room - posted on 08/31/2005
The location was good, and the lobby beautiful. But it was all downhill from there. We opened the door to our room and found the trash cans full of trash. You could tell someone had been resting on one of the beds, though it had been made. When I turned down the covers, there were crumbs between the sheets. There was a used bar of soap and a patially used bottle of shampoo on the bathtub. My husband didn't want me to make a scene, so I didn't. Luckily, there were two beds, and the other one was clean.
Good Price - posted on 08/24/2005
This hotel was an old Sheraton hotel bought and renovated by Millenium. The rates are very very good considering the location and quality. The rooms were somewhat small, but clean and had new furniture. My only complaint is that the beds were a little hard and the parking was an extra $20, which Id assume is pretty much the going rate for most downtown hotels. For downtown Cincinnati, the hotel probably the best value overall.
Good location - posted on 08/18/2005
We were very pleased with the hotel. It was a very good price and the location was great.

We have stayed a few times for a childless overnight getaway. We usually find a good internet deal and feel that we are getting a good value.

Room's very nice with everything you need, including iron & full size ironing board in the room. Valet parking very handy. I will stay here again.
Top Notch!!! - posted on 10/20/2004
This is simply a 1st class hotel. The location was great in the heart of downtown, and the hotel is extremely pretty. With the price under $ it is a serious bargain. No complaints whatsoever and will stay again.

THE BED WAS WAY TO HARD FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND WE COULD NOT SLEEP AFTER A LONG DAY OF WALKING AROUND THE CITY. TRYED TO FIND SOME THING TO EAT AT 11:30PM AND EVERY THING WAS CLOSE. HAD TO DRIVE 30MIN TO THE WAFFLE HOUSE TO EAT WHERE THE FOOD WAS GROSS. THEN WE GOT A BILL THAT WE SHOULD NOT HAVE RECIVED UNDER OUR DOOR. GOT HOME AND CHECKED THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENT ON 09/11/04 AND THERE WAS A NOTHER $100.00 CHARGE ON OUR CREDIT CARD CALL THE HOTEL TO FIND OUT WHY AND NO ONE HAS CALLED US BACK. SO, I'M STILL TRYING TO GET THIS CHARGE OFF MY CREDIT CARD. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT WE WONT BE USING THIS HOTEL AGAIN. WE HAVE BOOKED HOTELS IN OTHER STATE'S AND HAVE NOT HAD THESE PROBLEMS. AND THE SINK IN THE BATHROOM WAS BROKEN THE FAUSET MOVED.
